In order to make newcomers familiar with the company's products and business as soon as possible, on February 23, 2017, Ruiwei organized a training activity with the theme of "basic knowledge of products". The activity was chaired by Peng Ai, director of quality department.
The main content of the training is mainly about the composition and naming rules of product codes such as thermal interface materials, wave-absorbing materials, and EMI shielding materials, teaching everyone how to identify them, and conducting on-site assessments for employees. The activity lasted from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. New colleagues participated in the training seriously and achieved good results. I believe that under the state of unity and hard work of everyone, the development of Ruiwei New Materials will be like a broken bamboo, and it will be a thriving year of the rooster.
